FlowHelpdesk helps authenticated users turn WordPress/WooCommerce functional requirements into generated plugin source, saved project versions and installable ZIP files. It also provides deterministic static security/compatibility checks and version-safe AI update tools.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, password and second-factor credentials where used. You must provide accurate account information and must not share or misuse another person's account. You must be legally capable of entering into any paid subscription you purchase.
You may use FlowHelpdesk only for lawful purposes and for systems, websites and data you own or are authorised to manage. Malicious, deceptive, privacy-invasive, piracy-related and unauthorised-access requests are prohibited and may be blocked, suspended or placed into administrative review.
The detailed rules form part of these terms and are published in the Acceptable Use Policy.
A build credit is consumed when a plugin generation successfully reaches the saved/package stage. Failed generation or a high-severity static-security packaging block is not intended to consume a successful build credit. Starter credits are lifetime credits; paid-plan credits are granted according to the recurring allowance attached to the subscription.
Paid subscriptions renew at the amount and recurrence shown at Checkout until cancelled. FlowHelpdesk manages its plan catalogue and Stripe processes the payment/subscription. Changes to the public plan catalogue apply to new subscriptions; an existing subscriber is not silently moved to a new recurring price or credit allowance.
Eligible paid users can use the Stripe-hosted billing portal to manage payment methods, view invoices and cancel at the end of the current billing period. Mandatory consumer/statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
AI-generated software can contain defects. Static analysis reduces risk but does not prove that a plugin is secure, correct or compatible with every WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, theme, hosting or third-party configuration. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code in an appropriate staging/backup environment before relying on it in production.
FlowHelpdesk does not claim exclusive ownership of the plugin source generated for your account. You are responsible for ensuring your brief, uploaded/provided material and intended use do not infringe third-party rights, licences, trademarks or confidentiality obligations. FlowHelpdesk may reject requests to clone proprietary products or bypass licensing/payment controls.
We may maintain, update, suspend or change parts of the service for security, reliability, legal or product reasons. We aim to preserve saved project history, but you should keep your own copies of source and ZIP releases that are important to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowHelpdesk is provided without a guarantee that generated software will meet every requirement or operate without interruption or defect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend generation where needed to protect the service, other users or third parties, including repeated prohibited requests or suspected abuse. Billing cancellation is handled through the available Stripe billing controls where applicable.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the support contact shown in your account. We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. Material changes will apply prospectively where required.
