1. Scope and statutory rights
FlowHelpdesk provides online software services which use artificial intelligence to generate, modify and package WordPress plugins and related digital content. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
2. Build credits
A build credit is used when FlowHelpdesk successfully completes a plugin build and makes the resulting plugin available to your account. We do not intend to charge a build credit for a generation attempt that fails before a usable build is completed.
Once a build credit has been used to generate a completed plugin, that credit is normally treated as consumed and is not refundable simply because you later decide that you no longer require the plugin. This does not affect your rights where the service or digital content is faulty, materially different from what was described, or where you otherwise have a statutory right to a remedy.
3. UK 14-day cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer, you will normally have a 14-day cancellation period for an online service contract, beginning on the day the contract is entered into.
Because FlowHelpdesk is designed to begin providing services and digital content immediately, paid checkout requires you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be reduced or lost once the relevant service has been fully performed or digital content has begun to be supplied.
Where you cancel during the statutory cancellation period after requesting immediate performance, we may deduct an amount representing the service already supplied where UK law permits us to do so. Where no paid service or digital content has yet been supplied, an eligible cancellation during the statutory period will normally receive a full refund.
4. Generated plugin downloads
Generated WordPress plugins are personalised digital content created in response to your instructions. Where digital content is supplied immediately following your express consent and acknowledgement, your statutory cooling-off right may cease once supply begins.
Statutory rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract remain unaffected. Where appropriate, we may first attempt to correct, regenerate or replace defective digital content before a price reduction or refund becomes applicable.
5. Subscriptions
Paid FlowHelpdesk plans may renew automatically at the billing interval shown when you subscribe. You can cancel through the account billing area or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and, unless stated otherwise, the paid plan remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period or for build credits already used. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
6. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a subscription was properly cancelled, charged an incorrect amount, or charged without your authorisation, contact us as soon as possible. Where we confirm that a payment was taken incorrectly, we will refund the affected amount.
7. Problems with generated plugins
AI-generated software can occasionally require adjustment. If a generated plugin materially fails to perform the functionality described in the accepted build request, contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, repair, regenerate or replace the affected build.
Nothing in this section limits remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Discretionary refunds
Outside any statutory right to cancel or receive a remedy, refunds are normally provided at our discretion. We may consider a full or partial refund where a serious technical failure prevented use of the service, credits were incorrectly deducted, a billing error occurred, or exceptional circumstances make a refund reasonable.
9. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the same payment method used for the original transaction. We will initiate refunds without undue delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law. Stripe processes payments, so the time taken for a refund to appear can also depend on Stripe, your card provider and your bank. FlowHelpdesk does not charge an additional customer fee for receiving an approved refund.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a payment or service, we encourage you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve it promptly. Your right to contact your bank, card provider or payment provider is not affected.
We may provide Stripe or the relevant payment provider with records relating to the transaction, including account activity, build history, delivery records, acceptance of applicable terms and communications relevant to a payment dispute.
11. Business customers
Some statutory consumer cancellation rights apply specifically to individuals acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. If you purchase FlowHelpdesk primarily for business purposes, different legal rights may apply.
12. Contact
To request a cancellation, refund or billing review, contact the support contact shown in your account and include the email address associated with your account plus enough information to identify the payment or build. We aim to deal with genuine billing and refund issues promptly and fairly.
